Doug grew up enjoying his mothers classic biscuits, cornbread, and cobblers. As a backcountry guide he learned to bake brownies and biscuits in a dutch oven buried in the coals of a campfire. Doug studied artisan baking at the King Arthur baking school, and loves baking bagels and sourdough ryes.
